Abstract

The article is an excerpt from a doctoral thesis, which has as its theme the “Descriptive and exploratory study on factors that favor or hinder the permanente education of nurses in the vaccination room in the UBSs of Maceió”, so these factors may or may not have na influence on the quality of health, since health education in the specific contexto of vaccine rooms is challenge for Workers in the sector. Permanente education was created by the Ministry of Health and is parto f public health policies. In permanente education, the professional learns from his own experiences, that is, experiencing the problems of everyday life is able to reflect on his actions in order to improve and improve them. Training in the workplace allows the individual to read the world beyond the limits of the specific field and into the real world. Google Scholar, Scielo, Scopus, Pubmed, selecting the most appropriate materials to compose the theoretical framework and support the discussions on the subject. Concluding that pedagogical tools can be used in all areas transforming in a significant way to develop skills and improve the quality of services provided.
