Abstract

This work deals with pregnancy foods and the criteria and forms of evidence for their establishment. The criteria for establishing pregnancy maintenance are the same as the criteria for establishing alimony, according to article 1,694 of the Civil Code. The question is what are the criteria and forms of evidence for establishing pregnancy maintenance? Its general objective is to analyze the criteria and forms of evidence for establishing pregnancy food. The specific objectives consist of verifying the jurisprudence on pregnancy food; know the main characteristics and fundamentals of pregnancy foods; explain the possible criteria and forms of evidence for establishing pregnancy food. It is concluded that pregnancy foods play a vital role in pregnancy, ensuring the healthy development of the fetus and the health of the mother.
