This report presents and describes the experience and data obtained during Observation Internship III, conducted at a Specialized Social Assistance Reference Center (CREAS), as part of the Psychology program. Through immersion in the unit's daily routine, it was possible to understand the dynamics, functioning, and objectives of the SUAS, as well as to develop a reflection on the challenges faced daily by professionals working in the field of Social Assistance. The internship provided a greater understanding of the role of the Psychologist in Public Policy, highlighting the impact of psychosocial care in strengthening bonds and overcoming rights violations.
