Abstract

The plane tis immersed in different crises in the current contexto of the contemporary world. Throughout a single year, various adverse events with negative Outcomes highlight the reality of a scenario plagued by wars, economic crises, environmental issues, and health crises. The study aims to focus on the literature regarding the main Emerging themes in One Health that prove promising for global concerns up to 2050. I tis a literature Review basead on the guiding question: What evidence is avaliable in the literature regarding the main Emerging themes in One Health? Google Scholar and the DeCS/MeSCH Health Sciences Descriptors were used: Animal Science AND Cellular AND Wildlife AND Fishing AND Limits AND Planet. Additionally, searches were conducted in National and international grey literature to contribute to understanding the phenomenon through complementary reflective inferences. The results emerged as categories: 1) celular animal science; 2) Wildlife as pets; 3) overexploitation of fishing; 4) Planetary limits. Faced with all the uncertainties that arise for na uncertain future up to 2050, One Health, with its holistic approach, provides answers and proposals that can alert and minimize impacts, as advocated by the One Health Umbrella created by the international partnership network One Health Sweden and the One Health Initiative. One thing is clear: we are close to a Planetary colapse unless One Health policies are urgently implemented and executed globally to safeguard all forms of life.
