This article discusses teacher education for humanized education, focusing on the development of healthy bonds between teachers and students as a fundamental element for strengthening the teaching and learning process. It is based on the understanding that humanized education goes beyond the transmission of content and involves the construction of pedagogical relationships marked by respect, listening, empathy, and recognition of the singularities of the subjects who make up the school environment. In this sense, teacher education plays a central role, since preparing teachers to act in a sensitive, ethical, and committed way toward students’ integral development becomes an essential condition for a more meaningful educational practice. Methodologically, this is a bibliographic study with a qualitative approach, developed through the analysis of academic productions and documents related to teacher education, humanized education, and interpersonal relationships in the school context. The results indicate that the construction of healthy bonds favors student engagement, increases trust in the school environment, contributes to conflict mediation, and strengthens learning possibilities. It is concluded that investing in teacher education guided by humanized principles represents a relevant path toward building more welcoming, dialogical, and transformative pedagogical practices.
