Abstract

This article aims to perform a literature review on the relationship between corporate communication and strategic planning, identifying communication strategies to ensure the success of strategic planning, the importance of internal communication in the company, the communication tools for strategic planning and the future challenges of corporate communication and strategic planning. The methodology used was bibliographic research in relevant databases, such as Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar. It is concluded that corporate communication is fundamental to strategic planning and can contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives. The communication tools are important allies in the corporate communication process and can contribute to the effectiveness of strategic planning. However, it is necessary to face future challenges, such as adaptation to technological changes and new business models
