In today's world, especially in cities, it is increasingly visible the increase in the number of stressed people, with cardiovascular diseases and weakened immune systems that are caused by routine and chaotic environments resulting from human action. Several studies indicate that lack of natural stimuli in everyday life negatively affects the quality of population health. In certain circumstances, biophilia, a concept that defends human integration with natural elements, comes to rescue something that makes up the evolution of species. In this direction, the present work analyzed how these principles impact the construction of urban space and architecture.
