Abstract

This article compares the processing model of cases prior to Resolution No. 345/2020 and subsequent ones, verifying the changes that occurred in access to justice before and during the Covid-19 virus pandemic, using Ordinances, Laws and News on the subject so that an analysis could be made of the changes that occurred in the period. The work points out that there were improvements regarding people's access to justice, making access to hearings easier and faster in the progress of processes, guaranteeing the resolution of conflicts for the parties and a better way of working for the servers and lawyers who use the system on a daily basis, also having the benefit of saving space and paper costs, since the processes are no longer physical, freeing up space in the notaries and saving time in sending them to other departments, but if the party does not get a form access to the system is subject to attending the court in person to participate in the hearing.
