Abstract

The possibily of curbing evasion at YAE (young and adult education), leads us to studies about this modality of education focusing on the reality that are represented in public schools. With the goal of creating thoughts about public politics in adults and young students in Brazil, the commitment of inclusion with this educational field that needs new opportunities to return or start studying. We analyzed statistics researches, graphics, many authors and the GBL 9394\96 regulation where it garantee the condition's equality of the students on Youth Education offering access and permanence into the public school as a dignity and inclusion mark. The justify emerges from the researches about YAE's history in Brazil, researching the afectivity as one of the human conditions that facilitate in the knowledge evolution and its way of meddle positively in the evasion's decrease at schools, in the teacher-student relationship and in all school environment that enables the construction of an identity.
