Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the right to education in the context of homeschooling. In this context, a brief study will be carried out about the constitutional protection of the right to education and its importance for a democratic society. It will also be explored the proposal of homeschooling that is currently under discussion in the country, as well as the position of the Federal Supreme Court on the subject. The main objective is to demonstrate the importance of the experiences that a school provides and which rights are violated with the regulation of homeschooling.
