Objective: This study aims to review the literature on radiological findings about Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. Metodology: This is a literature review based on articles indexed in the Virtual Health Library (BVS) and Pubmed databases. Results: In the bibliographic survey between the period from 2018 to 2023, around 6.006 were analyzed in the Virtual Health Library and 141 in PubMed. After the inclusion and exclusion methods, about 16 articles were selected for the present study. Conclusion: It is concluded that despite being a rare syndrome, recurrence may occur in people who gain weight and become pregnant. Diagnosis and treatment must be carried out early to minimize serious and irreversible sequelae.
