Abstract

In educational institutions, leadership stands out, because it influences, intentionally or not, the actors who transit in this space. Therefore, in this time of constant change the development of competencies and skills for leadership has become an imperative. Encouraging school actors to improve teaching and learning processes, new strategies and establishing space for learning and sharing good practices points to shared leadership, where everyone is involved, established leaders or not, to participation. Initial and permanent formation, then, is designed as a powerful ally in the whole process, being the responsibility of schools and professionals. National and international researchers illuminate the reflection and construction of this article.
