THE IMPORTANCE OF READING IN CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Abstract

In this work, I emphasized the importance of reading in early childhood education; where I showed the student`s first steps and their learning processes with reading, with games, songs, stories told, symbols, numbers, letters and drawings. With the learning of these elements comes the phase of developing reading. Where small phrases and texts are elaborated to develop the children`s reading and thus grow the interest of the little ones in reading, this is a beautiful process that is not easy, but becomes interesting and great when we are always looking to improve the way of bringing reading to children.
