Abstract

Deal with THE LOSS OF IDENTITY OF STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS WITH THE "CLOSING" OF NOVA CHANCE STATE SCHOOL” OF NOVA CHANCE STATE SCHOOL, after building rules and forming a professional profile to serve those deprived of liberty in Mato Grosso over 10 years and with the implementation of a system with students allocating to schools; with the closing of the Nova Chance State School abruptly and arbitrarily by the state government without any dialogue with professionals, students and other protagonists of this process, which in this case involves two State Secretariats (Secretary of Education and Public Security). Makes you rethink the path taken in teacher training in Brazil, It shows through a legal historical retrospective analysis, the pedagogical space dependent on educational legislation, and the teacher training processes. The New State School was constituted and for ten years, I attributed a great expectation to school education for those deprived of liberty in the sense of recognizing a right as a means of democratizing knowledge, in order to guarantee the formation of individuals capable of intervening in reality. where are. Having understood the role of the school, we seek to understand how it can contribute so that its students can participate in decisions in the social sphere. Therefore, to demand a school that meets the aspirations of the student who today seeks the same, it is necessary to think about the training of professionals who work in these institutions. The formation of the current student implies that the school seeks support to provide the formation of its students. Even more, there is much to be transformed, as it is necessary to understand reality so that possibilities can be found for schools to carry out their role. In the same way that society demands critical, autonomous and responsible people, schools need professionals who act in a committed and competent manner. Thus, the pedagogical action will not be the responsibility of just a few, but of all, as it is from the understanding of the school reality that one enters into harmony with the whole society so that together they form conscious individuals who know the reality where they live. Thinking about the social function of Education as a macro system that transmits ideas and about the formative and symbolic value that the school institution has always represented for Brazilian society, and also about the dialectical ideal, since dialectics is also a way of philosophizing concepts discussed throughout of decades, in addition to the socio-interactionist and socio-historical aspects that govern the contemporary school, encompassing the seriousness of the role of education in the development of human beings, based on the unrestricted training of the people who form a society; thus, the social context and the relationships established between the acting and interested parties in the living environment of the Nova Chance State School become a focus and unlimitedly important, mainly because it deals directly with students in a situation of deprivation of liberty , and for this reason, in order to carry out the formation of the apprentice in the school community, internal, within the public jails and penitentiaries that have classrooms in the State of Mato Grosso, in addition to practicing resocialization to contemplate citizenship on the return of the student to society, is that the need for the school to build the Pedagogical Political Project arises. I conclude that man is a social being who manifests himself in the world, with other men, with nature, in society, in constant search, in constant learning, which is not static, which transforms the world and is transformed from his interrelationships, this happens based on listening, respect, collective construction and quality education.
