This paper shines a light on the use of ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) at School considering models and teaching blueprints. Given the time and historical accuracy, the social changes in course encompassing schools and the community are analyzed as they add and make use of said resources in the Teaching-Learning processes. Ladislau Dowbor, Luís Paulo Mercado, José Manuel Moran and José Armando Valente, whose academic views on globalization, knowledge and new technologies, in general and at the Educational System, are some of the references the essay is based on. It is noted that the usage of ICTs enabled new educational blueprints to rise, as they serve as stimulating, creative and meaningful Teaching-Learning tools.
