Abstract

Infant feeding has been extensively studied in recent years in several countries due to the impact it causes on human health. the way people eat has changed a lot, especially in big cities where their routines tend to be a lot of work and little time to devote to their own food. the main objective of the work is to analyze the way people eat and the quality of their food choices. it then proposes to analyze and discuss the impact caused by these eating habits on their health so that how and what changes are of paramount importance to improve and add benefits to their lives, considering the contemporary world in which the food industry has arrived to facilitate the excessive consumption of ultra-processed products causing people to consume less nutritious and healthy foods that add health and improve the quality of life of human beings.
