This article sought to identify the association between injuries and use of applications and/or social networks as a method of applying training without targeted monitoring, through a narrative review of the literature with articles that fit the researched topic. The article seeks to assess whether the practice of activity by unprepared people through non-individualized training can be harmful. Despite the presentation of several positive factors, the ease of access to training needs to be studied to understand the real benefit factor in the lives of individuals.
