Abstract

A study based on IoT was developed to monitor Changeover Devices that can be moved in maneuvering areas in the railway sector, with a view to connecting various equipment located in areas with great distances, using wireless modulation techniques that, through radiofrequency, send information to a gateway that will make it possible to send messages to mobile devices informing the occurrence of incidents called "key against", allowing actions that will guarantee the safety of railway maneuvers. With the development of the algorithm through the Ladder programming language, it will facilitate the understanding of the logic and tests of the inductive and optical sensors responsible for detecting the movements of the switch machine. The expected result for this system is to improve the maintenance management for the AMV's Flyable, making the maneuvers increasingly safer and avoiding losses in the process.
