ZIGUIFRIDA, AN EMPOWERED WORM
Abstract
Teachers from the municipal education network of Cuiabá, twins from a family of seven siblings, six women and one man.
Our childhood was not filled with industrialized toys, as we see with a large part of children today. Soon, we had the opportunity to develop a little creativity in inventing them, as we "manufacture" together with brothers, cousins, "our" toys and games.
At UFMT, during our studies, we learned that being a teacher is intrinsically related to the research action, the research/action relationship strengthens the learning necessary for the development of qualitative action that includes elements of narrative, playfulness, freedom and attentive listening when working with the child. Reflecting on everything we are currently experiencing, we built the narrative inspired by a popular folklore song we knew in childhood. In the story, we seek to highlight significant aspects, bringing to the children's universe in a playful way the importance of talking about respect for girls and boys in our society.
