Abstract

The objective of this work is to promote activities that deal with and prevent bullying that involve students assisted in the resource room, students in regular classrooms, as well as teachers and the management team, encouraging the creation of a support network for students who are victims of bullying. The project intends to minimize the actions of violence caused at school, mainly against people with disabilities, it is expected that the teaching staff and students understand the importance of respecting differences and valuing the potential of people with disabilities in the social sphere. From this, the teacher can become a facilitator of learning and a welcoming environment, creating strategies to develop skills and, most importantly, empathy among all. And that students can establish partnerships with each other, respecting each other in their subjectivity. It is hoped that through this intervention project, both the management team, as well as teachers and students will be able to develop the necessary skills to act effectively in resolving conflicts that occur in the school environment with the support network. And even if they can recognize themselves as an important part of this process, articulating actions that provide a true transformation in their context.
