The present study aims to show which are the behavioral changes that the practice of Karate-Do can provide to children. Karate is a helping tool to improve behavior, contrary to what many people think that this Martial Art can contribute to the aggressiveness or rebelliousness of children. Karate has as its main objective the formation of character through the teachings and fundamentals present in this Martial Art, which contribute significantly in favor of the formation of the child.
