The scientific article addresses the theme´´ The Regular School and Teachers Working on the Inclusion of Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder``. In this sense, the objective is to understand the challenges and possibilities around the school inclusion of the student with ASD from the following question that started from the problem that highlights the impasses of inclusive experiences in the school space: how the school enhances inclusive practices during the process teaching-learning process for students with disabilities, especially those with ASD? Therefore, it shows a bibliographic approach aimed at understanding autism and its characteristics, as well as the difficulties of interaction and socialization in the school environment. In view of this, it was analyzed through some observations and dialogues carried out in the institution, the possibilities developed to include when understanding the manifested need in order to assist in overcoming this challenge. Throughout the study, some interventions were carried out during the observations in the regular room, with the aim of experiencing inclusive actions at school through the challenges arising from this demand directed at respecting and valuing human diversity. Thus, it is necessary to carry out continuous adaptations in the educational institution in order to enable the development of children with ASD, valuing their potential.
