The purpose of this article is to reflect on Early Childhood Education in Pandemic Times of COVID-19 and the continuing education of its teachers. It is noteworthy that the child in this age group, has gone through the challenge of staying at home with the family and due to social distance, faces the inhibition of their body movements and interactions. Each child is inserted in a different family context. So, how will the school and the family create new spaces for the enjoyable learning of each child? The continuing education of the teacher is an interesting point to be considered, since remote education also came to Early Childhood Education. Some authors were theoretical contributions, such as: Imbernón (2010); Perrenoud (2000); Moraes (1997); Camões; Toledo; Roncarati (2013); others. In this sense, this article aims to highlight the importance of continuing education for early childhood education teachers to promote the quality of teaching and children's lives.
