Abstract

The present work aims to demonstrate the procedures that must be complied with by all Public Administration servers involved in the inspection procedures of administrative contracts. The inspection of administrative contracts aims to guarantee the faithful fulfillment of the contractual obligations between the contracting party and the contracted party, in addition to guaranteeing the provision of services and the supply of materials in a compatible quality standard. The Contract Manager focuses on the contractual relationship, acting in the effective use of all available resources in order to achieve the objectives of the contract. The Contract Supervisor acts in the contractual execution, aiming at meeting the conditions and quality of services and the supply of materials in the form of the contract, and his activity aims to subsidize the performance of the Contract Manager. The research approach is classified as basic, exploratory, bibliographic and qualitative, that is, it aims to deepen through references, doctrines, legislation and scientific articles. In view of the above, it is noted that inspection in the execution of administrative contracts is extremely important for the organization and management of the public power, since such activity increases the quality of services provided to the population.
