LEGAL ANALYSIS OF RURAL WORK WITH A VIEW TO SOCIAL SECURITY LAW

The present work addresses the issues of jurisprudence focused on rural workers with regard to social security rights, thus analyzing some perceptions of jurists, laws, intellectuals and official sources about rural workers and their relationship with social security law, in attempt to better understand its importance to society and rural workers over the years. Therefore, throughout the study, we sought to clearly analyze the lives and rights of rural workers, especially in relation to their importance to the State and employers. In this way, the general objective of the work is to analyze whether there is legal support for rural workers from the social security perspective and, if positive or negative, how this occurs. The study also has specific objectives of: qualifying rural workers from the point of view of law; detail possible forms of benefit to rural workers and present the legal support of the right with a view to the figure of the worker. To carry out the research, a literature review was used. In this sense, publications from electronic databases were used, namely: Scielo and Google Scholar. A survey and analysis of bibliographic materials such as articles, magazines, books and official documents was carried out.
