Abstract

There is a political order regarding educational inclusion and exclusion, we know that within Latin American countries this reality is even more aggravating due to political discourses and the delay in the most effective investment in inclusive education, see for example Brazil and Mexico, where there is a more comprehensive demotivation when it comes to inclusion, this demotivation installed in children, young people mainly, because they suffer exclusion on a large scale, another important aspect is also the exclusion of special children, when it comes to inclusion, there is a mistake that the gaze is only and exclusively focused on them. On the European continent, such as England, Sweden, Italy, the reality is somewhat different, precisely because they have invested since the 70s in inclusive programs, putting an end to educational segregationism.
