Early childhood education is recognized as an important shared responsibility in promoting specific modes of social interaction, such as affiliative, pro-social and cooperative interactions involving children, teachers, family members and adults in general. Thus, the teachers of these children are intrinsically involved in their development and socialization, capable of directing certain forms of social interaction to the detriment of others. This study aims to analyze the concepts and guidelines of beliefs and values of early childhood education teachers on the subject of the relationship between socialization, development and early childhood education. Finally, it considers the importance of collaborative work between psychology and education in order to stimulate and train teachers' skills, focusing on the daily construction of school environments permeated by constructive social interaction.
