The study was carried out through a conversation circle between the researcher and the academics with pre-prepared questions and based on a previous study carried out by researcher Susana Celman presented in the text “It is possible honey improve the evaluation and transform it into a knowledge tool” The conclusion reveals that the academics' reports fits with Susana Celman's base text, where one cannot use equal evaluation methods among unequals, showing that reality and adaptability as well as the social, psychological and physical characteristics of the students are different, which requires different forms and methods from the teacher in the evaluation, allowing everyone to show what they have learned during each subject.
