Information and communication technologies become more and more popular with the advent of the internet. Because they are present in education in a broad way, this article aims to present information that addresses ICT as facilitators for learning. The document presents a qualitative approach, of an applied nature, with an outline in document analysis, such as: articles, course papers, reviews, etc. Three steps were followed: the search of documents, analysis of them and presentation of the information found. ICTs are resources created by men for the benefit of themselves in the daily facilitation of many activities, including teaching; if used properly can contribute positively to inclusive and quality education.
