This article discussed Special and Inclusive Education in Brazil, knowing the diversity present in the national educational scenario, constitutes an important theme to be discussed in public policies. It considers aspects related to the development and learning of people with disabilities, it implies thinking about the resources that will be necessary for a quality education. It involves from the training of teachers to the preparation of physical space, to think about carrying out the work in the school according to the Laws of Directives and Bases of National Basic Education. The purpose of this work is to recover important aspects of the routine experienced to be thought about when it comes to Inclusive Education from bibliographic research of some authors, to show how the Specialized Educational Service can contribute to a quality education from a work that consider the specifics of each student. Therefore, it addresses the scenario of inclusive education in Brazil and reports some comments on the subject to successfully invite the participation of the family and other professionals, where knowledge and affection will be needed to achieve results.
