Abstract

Burnout   Syndrome is a topic that has gained considerable notoriety in recent years due to the fact that more and more remarkable symptoms due to stress affect people. The objective of this research was to verify if there is the presence of Burnout   syndrome in elementary school teachers from different public educational institutions in the city of Manaus. The work focused on the stress in the double working day of the woman and the Burnourt Syndrome that affects the teachers in the city of Manaus. For this, we worked with a sample of 5 women who presented the problem in the last 2 years in the city of Manaus, State of Amazonas, Brazil and 1 psychologist from the Medical Board of the State of Amazonas. The research had a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope. Concluded that Burnourt among teachers has been little studied. The main factors of Burnourt of the workers are: professional factors and, a high level of responsibility.
