THE ROLE OF THE LAWYER: A LOOK AT THE LEGAL MARKETING STRATEGY

This research sought to discuss the available means that the young lawyer has to find his current professional space. Considering that all sectors are increasingly using social media as an essential part of their marketing strategy, however, among law firms, competition for customers is particularly fierce. As an object, the topic Legal Marketing and the role of the lawyer in the current scenario, in which the work of the lawyer in society was considered for the purposes of developing the study, his difficulties and uncertainties and how he could proceed in the search for clients as well as its legal marketing. This work was developed from a systematic review study with a qualitative approach through literature review, about the subject proposed here as well as field research. In order to carry out the research, scientific articles related to the subject were searched in scientific sources such as books, articles, monographs, in order to identify the conceptions of several authors on the subject investigated, looking for theoretical references published with the objective of collecting information or knowledge of the problem in which the answer is sought.
