This article aims to ponder on the need for constant innovations in pedagogical practice to condition contemporaneity and guarantee qualitative training. The current pedagogical art requires mechanisms that can, in fact, promote the effectiveness of an education based on regimental regulations. It no longer makes sense to use outdated, unpleasant and unmotivated methods. The teacher is responsible for perfecting himself in order to acquire all the skills necessary for the art that transforms the individual into a true citizen. Teaching-learning needs to be (re)thought, (re)invented, (re)created and reflected, with the purpose of mitigating setbacks and guiding strategies that can achieve the intended target. It is believed that creativity and innovation in educational practice favor the appearance of results consistent with those desired by the target audience, since the new and the different generate curiosity and attract attention. The teacher is expected to let go of his comfort zone and start looking for strategies that are in line with the expectations of his students. The novelty in the school environment is always interesting, as it generates curiosity and stimulates interest in the subject explained. To carry out this work, bibliographic research was used with a qualitative approach and based on some theorists, in addition to some official sources.
