On 08/30/2021, the last Boeing C-17 Globemaster III, a military transport aircraft, developed for the US Air Force by McDonnell Douglas, took off at 15:29”, from the airport of the city of Kabul, crowded with northern military personnel. Americans and foreign and Afghan citizens, after 20 years of US occupation in Afghanistan, as stated by US President Joe Biden. In this period of occupation, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan prevailed. But even before the withdrawal operation was completed, the Taliban had already taken control of the capital, Kabul. The Taliban, is the religious, fundamentalist group that, in the first half of the 1990s, paradoxically, was organized by rebels, who had received support from the United States and Pakistan, to combat the Soviet presence in Afghanistan, which lasted from 1979. to 1989, in the midst of the Cold War. Today, the US and Russia, which have already been to Afghanistan, are protagonists of another international crisis, which involves Ukraine. The purpose of this book is to make a brief analysis of Afghanistan, which is located in South Asia, and to proceed with an analysis of its current legal system, the brief economic and social reflexes of its people, and to know about this Eastern Country, what it represents in its International Relations before the world that is now experiencing the economic and social phenomenon of Globalization.
