This work reports on the perception of school management actors about the quality school and factors that promote it in the 1st cycle of primary education, having as the case study in Primary School 1 and 2 25 de Junho. It aims to analyze the view of the school management stakeholders, starting with the teachers, the school management and the school council about the quality school and factors that promote it in this school; Explain the level of perception of school management stakeholders about the quality school; Indicate the possible factors that promote a quality school, especially in Primary School 1 and 2 25 de Junho; and finally to suggest some factors that promote quality school and that have an impact on Primary School 1 and 2 25 de Junho. In order to carry out this work, we used a field study where it was possible to collect the data according to what had been foreseen in the previous section. After the analysis, it was realized that the school's stakeholders are very important for the evaluation of the quality of the school and play an extremely important role in the teaching and learning process and that there are several factors that promote a quality school, that is, factors School management, the physical environment of the school, teaching or pedagogical practice, the learning process, among other factors. With that, the teachers, the board and the school community or council let their arguments stay around the School of Quality and start to observe strictly so that they can overcome the current quality for the better.
