The growth of the civil construction sector in recent years has created new challenges for construction companies in Brazil. The high competitiveness between companies and the heating of the market requires greater control of costs within the works. Thus, it is necessary in civil construction an effective quality management and control system. In order to meet the demands of the real estate market, companies in the civil construction sector have been seeking a standard of continuous improvement of their processes and a final product with increasingly higher quality. With a focus on these objectives, tools were developed and adapted to assist in quality control in order to eliminate waste and rework, requiring companies to seek new methods to adapt to such changes, solutions for the demands of the market that becomes increasingly competitive. In this case study, the Service Verification Sheets will be used together with the PDCA method, in order to verify, monitor and later eliminate the problems that are exposed here. In the present work, a case study was carried out with a focus on improvements of the Service Verification Sheet (FVS) aligned with the PDCA, in a construction company, in the southwest of Minas Gerais, with only five years of operation. This study has as its main objective a total control of the quality of services and products offered by the construction company in its projects through the use of Service Verification Sheets, but specifically in a residential work, aiming to control and improve the quality of its projects and thus obtain total customer satisfaction.
