Abstract

The present work aims, through observations and analysis, to present how problems related to public security occur, describing who is responsible for ensuring that such a right is ensured. Throughout the work, topics considered of paramount importance are described so that the content can be understood without greater difficulty, giving a more practical language and presenting a more in-depth analysis of how public safety has become one of the most debated topics in recent years in addition to describing how the poorest population is impacted by conflicts between security agencies and criminals. With exploratory research, we sought to highlight the main information related to the topic, using renowned authors in the highlighted topic.
