The appreciation of human capital has been one of the main concerns of organizations, as it is known that in an increasingly competitive market and with so much technology available, the differential of a company is in the behavior and commitment of the people involved. Thus, the present work is a study that aims to identify the factors that influence the organizational climate of companies. Theoretical references were raised on subjects related to the theme. It is intended, through this study, to contribute to a greater transparency of the role of human resources management as a source of business strategy.
