JUVENILE DELINQUENCY IN ANGOLA: A LOOK AT EDUCATION, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC INEQUALITIES OF YOUNG PEOPLE, CASE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAILUNDO

This article aims to understand the current situation of juvenile delinquency in Angola, looking at Education, Social and Economic Inequalities of Youth, the specific case of the Municipality of Bailundo, Terras de Ekuikui and Katiavala and Propose an intervention program aimed at preventing and seriously combat juvenile delinquency in the aforementioned district with a view to maintaining the tranquility of the communities in the districts of the Municipality under study and others. The same has as a research problem: What are the causes of the high rate of juvenile delinquency in the Municipality of Bailundo? The type of research was bibliographical, exploratory and descriptive of a quantitative and qualitative nature, in view of the characteristics of the research, the research methodology - action was used, as it is a methodology aimed at intervention, development and change within groups, organizations and communities. It is necessary to have a conjunctural and multidisciplinary work to prevent this problem. It is concluded that the main cause of juvenile delinquency is social inequality, lack of opportunity, unemployment, lack of education, poverty, capitalism and even society itself, which is distorted, as a consequence, expecting deaths. and prisons. As a data collection instrument, we used a biphasic Ad Hoc questionnaire with multiple choice questions, published on the Google forms platform, interviews and manual questionnaires applied to religious leaders from some neighborhoods, traditional entities, youth leaders from different strata of society, leaders opinion makers in a total of 65 participants.
