TIME IN THE IMMEDIATE RETALIATION

Abstract

The immediate retaliation should be interpreted in the light of the publicistic regimen, setting apart the thesis that the state reaction should be immediate. There cannot be an indefinite deadline, there must be a set parameter that legitimizes the Public Administration performance and, at the same time, allows the citizens to perceive the pertinency of the adopted measure. The São Paulo legislation offers an adequate parameter: 60 days.
