The present work is part of a doctoral project in Psychology. The introduction will focus on the history of psychological assessment, psychological assessment in the school context and desiderative questionnaire. The objective was to analyze the responses of ten adolescents between 13 and 21 years of age who self-use to understand the desires and defenses behind the act of cutting themselves. Methodology: Meeting with school teachers, meeting with parents of the adolescents, signing the consent form, applying the Desiderative Questionnaire and forming the intervention group. Conclusion: Intervene in order to improve the adolescents' self-esteem, develop resilience, understand the internal conflict and its possible causes.
