This article is the result of professional experience of the author to a dialogic per- quisa literature that focuses on the analysis of new opportunities for people with learning disabilities in the context of school inclusion. The inclusion has been for decades, a challenging proposition to be experienced by mainstream schools. The practice shows that school has not yet managed to address this challenge, but it will be possible only when significant changes occur in practice, such challenges should be addressed in the new century, new methods of service to diversity. It is the aim of this challenge, propose meaningful learning as a result of inclusion of persons with disabilities in regular schools. It is a paradigm of difference, respect for the citizenship of all humans considering the historical process, cultural change, overcoming myths fears and taboos. Therefore, you can still see a gap between the written text and the lived reality.
