This article aims to reflect and expose the relation between the concepts of violence and authority in the school context and, especially in teacher-student relationship. And thus developing knowledge about ways to face these types of violations of children's rights practiced in the school environment. The concern and interest in studying this event occurs due to the high number of children who arrive in high school and adulthood and have problems/traumas/difficulties in these phases due to these situations addressed in the article. Therefore, with the help of participatory practices, one can repair the value of collaborative action in the school, elaborating actions aimed at dialogue and bringing the whole school community closer, pursuing a welcoming school.
