This study presents an experience report developed during an internship in Organizational and Work Psychology, aiming to analyze its practical application in the contemporary corporate environment. The experience consisted of conducting a situational diagnosis in a large company in the hospitality sector to identify factors associated with internal dissatisfaction and implement intervention strategies aimed at improving employee engagement. The action research was conducted in three stages: diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation of results. Initially, an Organizational Climate Survey was administered, revealing a low level of satisfaction, mainly associated with shortcomings in internal communication, leadership practices, and the lack of recognition of operational teams. The intervention involved the creation of active listening channels, internal marketing initiatives aimed at employee recognition, and behavioral training focused on positive leadership and nonviolent communication. The results indicated a gradual improvement in the work environment, particularly reflected in a reduction in the employee turnover rate. It is concluded that managing the psychosocial climate and valuing employees contribute to organizational well-being, highlighting the strategic role of psychologists in integrating worker health with organizational goals.
