This study analyzes Brazilian publications released between 2021 and 2026, focusing on the use of artificial intelligence in the judicialization of health. The search covered Google Scholar, institutional repositories, digital libraries of theses and dissertations, and journals in the fields of law and public health, using terms such as “judicialization of health,” “artificial intelligence,” “high-cost medications,” “existential minimum,” and “reserve of the possible.” The documents are classified by year, type, source, institutional affiliation, theme, and predominant function. A significant concentration of publications was observed in 2024 and 2025, accounting for all ten analyzed items. The corpus comprised four scientific articles, three master's theses, two review articles, and one undergraduate capstone project. Notably, four of these documents are propositional in nature, employing artificial intelligence to organize evidence and support judicial decisions without replacing the role of the magistrate. Given the small size and heterogeneity of the sample, the results should be viewed as an initial mapping of the topic rather than a comprehensive overview of national output.
