Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can affect quality of life, especially in Amazonian municipalities. Our objective here is to identify the difficulties associated with ADHD based on a real clinical case and, by framing the issue through the Maguerez Arc method, propose potential solutions. In this process, the barriers identified included the absence of systematized reports of individuals with ADHD, a reliance on inter-municipal agreements for access to specialized treatment outside the municipality, and weaknesses in referral and counter-referral workflows. Continuous training is proposed for Primary Care teams working with schools under the School Health Program, creation of local protocols and inclusion of ADHD in legislative agendas. It is concluded that intersectoral strategies are fundamental to ensuring humanized care in ADHD, to promote comprehensive and coordinated care, reduce stigma and ensure a more equitable network capable of meeting the needs of this population, especially in small municipalities.
