During the period of Kindergarten, children build their bases of mathematical knowledge, although it is important for the development of logical reasoning, creativity and cognitive stimulation in Kindergarten. Many teachers still do not realize this importance and end up developing mathematical knowledge in an incomplete way, which makes them a villain throughout their school life. This work aims to understand the mathematical approach to early childhood education and the importance of this teaching for child development.
