This paper presents an analysis of the relationship between organizational behavior and artificial intelligence (AI), based on six recent scientific articles. The study, with a qualitative and bibliographic approach, seeks to understand the impacts of AI on work dynamics, leadership, human skills, and organizational decision-making. The literature review shows that AI adoption changes routines, redefines roles, requires new skills, and causes shifts in organizational culture. Furthermore, it raises ethical and social challenges, such as data protection, algorithmic bias, and emotional effects on workers. Leadership plays a key role in mediating between technology and people, promoting team adaptation and human skill development. It is concluded that organizational behavior must follow technological changeswith balance, awareness, and attention to human relationships, ensuring that the advancement of AI occurs with responsibility and inclusion.
