This study addresses the association between bruxism and digital habits among young Brazilians, focusing on the physical and psychological impacts of prolonged screen exposure on the development of this condition. The general objective was to investigate this relationship, with a particular emphasis on the excessive use of electronic devices. Specific objectives included identifying the prevalence of bruxism in this population, analyzing its relationship with screen time, stress, and anxiety, and mapping the main associated risk factors. Methodologically, this is an integrative literature review—qualitative in approach and descriptive in nature—conducted through the analysis of scientific studies on the subject. The results highlighted the prevalence of bruxism among young people who use technology heavily, identifying nighttime use and altered sleep patterns as key risk factors, while also providing a basis for preventive strategies, clinical approaches, and health education initiatives.
