This article investigates how Bemol's logistics distribution system impacts operational performance and competitive e-commerce strategies in the state of Amazonas, Brazil. The study was conducted through exploratory bibliographic research with a qualitative approach, based on a literature review carried out in the CAPES Periodicals Portal and Google Scholar databases. The methodological procedure involved the systematic analysis of scientific studies addressing digital transformation and logistics management in the Amazon region. The findings indicate that Bemol's proprietary logistics infrastructure, combined with connectivity strategies such as the "E-commerce Caboclo" initiative, represents a key competitive advantage that enables the company to overcome the geographical challenges of the Amazon. Furthermore, the integration of multimodal logistics, digital services, and financial solutions contributes to strengthening the company's market position and consolidating its leadership in regional digital retail. The study highlights the importance of adapting logistics and digital strategies to the specific territorial conditions of the Amazon, demonstrating how innovation can be used to transform regional challenges into competitive opportunities.
